Cd23....implantation? No pic. 28 day cycle

Just had the urge to go to the toilet but when I wiped there was pink discharge but very thin like how thin ewcm is. I've been a toilet since and there was nothing yet.
​So do you think it can be implantation on cd23 of 28 or early af?
