How come bbt changed
I did my temp at 6:15 like every morning and it had dropped to 36.4 but I just had a 4 hour nap and now my temp is 37.2 , the temp in house has been the same since yesterday and I slept in same clothes and same blankets how can it change so much if all factors are the same ?
