Pregnant and bad work environment

Ok so I'm 18 weeks right now. I told my manager at 12 weeks. Ever since then I have had to ask for help with things. I am a patient transporter. ( we move patient from bed to stretcher and also take patients in beds) I have heard from two other employees that she is always talking crap asking why I am asking for help. Uuummm HELLLO IM PREGNANT!!! So also she has denied every single request I have asked off for other than doctors appointments. Is there anything I can do? I don't see that it's fair that she can talk to other employees about my individual condition.
