Did you ever lose your sex drive after a diagnosis

My bf and I have been together for a while and last month I was diagnosed with pcos, bf is supportive and has done his own research to understand pcos and has done everythjng he can to help me in his own way, but when it comes to sex he can't understand, I don't feel hot or sexy or attractive I feel broken. I literally lost my sexual drive because I turn myself off. Someone please tell me they have felt this way too
