Love problems

I love my boyfriend so much but he won't talk to me at all. It really hurts my heart that I can't be next to him in bed because he is so mad at me and won't talk to me. How long should I let this go. I don't even know what to do. Advice please. I'm 21 and we are living together. He said hurtful things to me more than a couple days ago and he will not even talk. Please help. I am feeling weak, depressed, and miserable. I want to be with him but my heart hurts pretty badly.
