What are the after effects of this surgery ?

By after effects do you mean side effects or risks? I've participated in a few and the only side effect I've seen acossiated with labiaplasty is pain in vaginal area 6-8 weeks , painful urination and increased sensitivity . Some people might have the stitches pop or develop an infection but that's only if they over work themselves and not listen to the drs post op care .
