Clothing itself matters to at least some men! My dh doesn't care for lingerie but I wore short shorts yesterday and high wedges and it drive him crazy! You need to ask him what he likes!

I'm not sure if they care about the clothing per-say. But I think the fact that you took the time and effort, and are trying to seduce him would be the turn on! But that's just my guess! ;)

depends on the body part. husband is an ass man and only cares about panties.  he prefers to choose my bikinis because it's what he gets to show me off in.

Mine likes lingerie. He loves my body and the shape of it (I'm quite curvy) and there is particular lingerie pieces that he likes that compliment my curves... But he also likes nothing at all! It's nice to change it up!

Whenever I ask my husband what he thinks of my lingerie he will say "I think it will look great on the floor!"  Lol- for us, the lingerie is definitely more for my benefit!!
