Worried as no symptoms

Last couple of weeks I had cramps, backache & CM so i thought I might be pregnant. This weekend took 4 tests lol all pos!! But now I'm worried as aside from some back pain i have no symptoms. My boobs don't hurt, I feel a little sick but from stress I think. I'm now worried something is wrong. I think I'm 2/3 weeks.
