What pregnancy vits would you recommend?

I have taken my first pregnacare vit on a full stomach as adviced but hearts awful things about it linked to sickness: anyone recommend the best ?

Answer

It's best to take them at night so you hopefully don't feel sick (or at least you'll be fast asleep for the most of it). 
​I'm from Australia and I take 'Elavit with iodine' for pregnant women :-)
