clomid+metformin.. question?

I was put on provera to induce a period last month. on days 3 through 7, I took 50mg of clomid. While taking metformin every night. I had a progesterone blood level check and my levels were really high, which told I ovulated. I'm two days away from when I'm supposed to start my period. is it too early to take a pregnancy test?
