I feel awful and employer problems

I'm 7+3 weeks pregnant and feel absolutely awful, got really bad nausea, boobs hurts, metal taste in my mouth I'm exhausted and could sleep the clock round, I pee every 5 minutes!! The biggest issue I'm having tho is my employer I don't have a majorly exciting job but pays the bills I work 8.5 hours a day on on a 2 week shift pattern one week I do 9-5.30 and next week I do 11.30-8 during that time we get a half hour lunch and 2 10  min breaks, which I agree is probably right but when we not on a break we are very limited to toilet breaks, iv got a written warning about my toilet breaks I explained it was pregnant and I really couldn't help it but he said pregnant or not your paid same as everyone else so I have to do this to be fair to everyone, I just sort of said no one else is pregnant but half of them are mothers so have probably been in my position!! I'm probably gonna get sacked by end of the week at this rats please help
