How much did your engagement/wedding ring cost?

About $800. He wanted to pays lot  more, but when we saw this in an antique shop I knew it was for me. I wanted something low profile, small diamond, (if any), and most importantly I wanted something that would have little impact on the diamond/precious metal industry. Organically yellow gold, he had it plated with recycled metals. It was handmade in 1918. :)​

My ring and wedding band was about 1500 before tax. My husband and I talked about how much we were going to spend before we went shopping. We were both right out of college and didn't have a ton if cash. We also agreed that it is just a ring and so we went conservative. He lost his ring in a lake not even 6 mo after our wedding. If that was me and the ring cost a lot that would have been even worse. I married the man, not the ring. ​

I have no clue, but the diamond was his mom's original diamond from her wedding ring. His dad gave her a new bigger ring for one of their anniversaries. So mines pretty much priceless!

I'm only engaged so my engagement ring cost £3000 , didn't want something too pricey incase I lost it! As I'm quite clumsy!

He hasn't bought mine yet but I told him that I specifically want a lab created diamond, because of the cost and ethical reasons. We have been looking at alot of find in the 500 dollar range
