Back to the drawing board

I just went through my 3rd miscarriage and my dr recommended seeing a fertility specialist. Today I made an appointment with south jersey fertility clinic for August 1st.  I'm bringing all my test results with me. I'm even trying to get the genetic testing results that I did after my miscarriage 4 years ago. Has anyone been to a fertility specialist? I don't know what to expect. We've already established that I have mild pcos. I did an hsg, my left tube was partially blocked and my uterus is tilted. We did an ultrasound on my ovaries and everything looked good.we ran blood work. My blood type is A positive, I'm not rh negative. I mean I don't know what else they could test for or what could be wrong honestly I just want to be pregnant again and have that baby stick and everything be good.
