Drying up milk .

Im very proud of myself for nursing my LO for a whole year ! I'm sad this journey is coming to an end , but were ready for our second little one ! Any advise on drying your milk up , or different ways to comfort that worked for you mamas ! I'm worried about the emotional aspect of it ! Not so much for him , but for me .. I'll never fully be ready to let go ! Physically I'm ready though , after having him I became extreamley anemic and it's gotten worse and worse ! ?
