Sever headaches!!!

Hi ladies, I was wondering if I could get some much needed advice! I am currently 11+6weeks and I have had awful headaches for the last four days straight. I have tried drinking plenty of water, ice packs and heating pads nothing has seemed to help. I'm not one for taking medicine espically now. but last night the pain was so bad I caved and took to regular Tylenol. Before I have hardly ever gotten headaches, the pain is so bad I can just feel my head thumping. Everything just seems to make it worse, lights noises extc.. If you ladies have any advice for me I'd really love to hear it! Thanks
