ER visit this am

So as of today I'm 5 weeks. I woke up this morning in severe pain (abdominal). Went to the we and they did an ultrasound. They found the normal gestational sac in my uterus, the also found an additional (possible) ectopic pregnancy near my left ovary that may have ruptured or possibly a cyst that may have ruptured. I have an appt with my ob tomorrow morning to find out more (hopefully).
