Any success with Femara & iui? No trigger??

I'm going in for my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> Monday. 4 follies. Took Femara cd2-6. They said not to give myself the trigger. Am I losing chances here? I'm 40 and poo.
