Heart shaped uterus

I found out a couple years ago after my third miscarriage that I have a heart shaped uterus. The top is concaved and the doctors said it would be difficult to concieve. I have since miscarried one more time, all of them being around 4-6 weeks. I just took an ept and found out I am pregnant again. I'm coming up on the fourth week this Friday, and I am getting nervous and worried I will lose this one too. My boyfriend and I have lost 4 babies together in the 5 years we have been together and it's heartbreaking. If anyone has any advice for us with my condition, it's greatly appreciated
