Spotting before period!

Its 11 days before my period, ive not taken all my bc pills this month, i have  a 4 1/2 month old son, worried i could be pregnant! I have been emotional this week, and have been eating more :-/ of course i will take a test if i do not start my period in 11 days, wondering if i should stop taking my pills to be safe? And if anyone else has had this problem? the first thing i thought today when i seen it was implantation bleeding, its very very light, bright pink
