Could I be pregnant?

Amanda • Thu, Jul 24 • I`m 31, a wife and mother of a 9 yr old. We have finally been blessed with a pregnancy! Hope it sticks!!

This is my first month TTC , I have been off of the Nuvaring since June, took it out before AF came and never put it back in. This is also my first month of charting...not even the whole month. I know my body may be taking time to adjust but I took an opk on the 17th and it was positive. I've had some cramping and pinching but that could mean AF is on her way too! Here is a pic of my charts, glow and Fertility friend. Any comments are welcomed!
