Wishing someone would respond

Melissa • Stay at home mom of 2 girls 1 being special needs,mixed family. Trying for baby #3 as we had a MC last Dec

I just finished my AF, my fertile week is July 31-Aug 6. Next AF do Aug 19.

I'm going to be trying mucinex and pre-seed the month. we are trying for #4 so to speak as we are a mixed family and have 2 beautiful girls and we had a MC last Dec. so I'm counting this as #4. Anyone the same as me or close?
