My nipples

OH MY GOSH. My nipples hurt so bad. Before my 1st pregnancy right around the time my period is to start my breasts would b tender. But after my surgery to remove an ectopic I never got any kind of pre period symptoms now this month my nipples feel like that are going to fall off they are so painful I'm hoping this is a sigh that I'm pregnant finally but I'm not going to get my hopes up yet. AF is due on the 31st so we will see
