bartholin cysts

has any else had to deal with these, pregnant or not? I had one when I was 6 or 7 months pregnant with DD and noticed it again today ? I highly highly doubt were pregnant again, today is CD21 and only 4 or 5 post the highest fertility day....I reallyyyyy don't want to have it I&D'd again because last time it had to be done twice and it was the most painful thing I've ever experienced!

any tips/suggestions from anyone? I'm currently trying a sitz bath but come Monday it won't be ideal to do 3x a day ?
