Is this round ligaments pain?

Hi, I'm 19w3d with my first and just before I got up off the couch and felt a sort of muscle strain/muscle cramp feeling in my abdomen that goes up to my right hip. I did vomit this morning after a car trip (driving in the car still makes me sick) which may contribute with the feeling, and I've also got a cold and have been coughing. Every ache and pain has me feeling anxious! Anyone had this before?
