More than one heartbeat??

Question

Has anyone heard more than one heartbeat on a Doppler? My moms a nurse and I went to her work to use their Doppler and heard two heartbeats.. One in the middle of my stomach and one on the right.. She checked the left of my stomach to see if maybe the one on the right was just an echo of the middle but heard nothing on the left side..

My midwife used the Doppler last appointment and we only got one, but she says depending on the position of babies it can be hard to get both. I'm waiting for my first ultrasound to find out if we are having two :)

Did it show what the bpm was?
​ I know when I got my doppler I thought I heard 2 heartbeats too and it ended up being mine lol

It was probably just your heart beat. I had that happen to me with my first. And it was my heart beat.
