Douching can upset the ph balance even more. I would suggest more water and less caffeine and refined sugars- and summers eve- works for me. Also if the scent appeared after sexual activity - get yourself checked.

Sounds like you caught and infection. Theres a huge difference between sweaty smell and your discharge or fluids smelling. Summers eve etc will NOT stop your discharge or fluids from smelling. Thats an eternal problem. See a dr you may need a prescribtion.

i have this thing with keeping it overly clean & making sure it smells good, but my gynecologist told me to stop because I'm making it vulnerable to infections. She told me to eat yogurt, which helps!

That sounds like an infection. Sex throws off your PH balance because it introduces new bacteria into your vagina. Condoms can help but douching, scented soaps and lotions can make it worse and cause infections. White, non scented soap is the best to use. Your vagina isn't suppose to smell like flowers, if it does your hiding something.

I love olay soap with no fragrance ! Soaps and body wash with fragrances can mess with your ph ! The V is a self cleaner so you dnt need all that other stuff to make it smell like flowers! That's not how it was intended to smell
