Advice please

Ok af due 2m still no sign and got bfn this morning! 
​Had an increase in bbt as pic shows but not sure if this will stay high due to pregnancy or af? 
​Anyway have had stomach aches and slight diarrhoea but not sure if that's a symptom or dodgy food?? 
​Not really sure what to think. Gonna wait a good few days to test again and not 100% sure when I ovulated or how long cycles are as they never been regular really.
