What - if anything - have you already bought?

I just got my bfp yesterday. Too soon to be purchasing things. Will probably wait til we find out the gender. Prefer not to go the "neutral" route. Plus I would rather not jinx our pregnancy. We are happy and want to take things one day at a time.

So far I bought a crib, kinda they didn't have it in stock but had some that were being shipped and to get it on the sale price I had to put it on layaway. I find out what I am having tomorrow morning, so then I can start shopping:D

So far a baby carrier and portable changing station. We have to wait a few more weeks before finding out the gender. After that, it'll be a little easier to stock up on clothes and such.

I am almost 16 weeks and we are having a girl. We bought a crib, jogger, carseat, she has about 20 different outfits and some headbands. Next I am going to buy a dresser, and pack n play. And I am going to start stocking up on wipes and diapers.

Just pacifiers. I'm 6w and we're telling close family this weekend. We'll give one to each of the grandparents-to-be (2 of whom will be first-time grandparents) with a little note saying
