Late period or missed period?

Very confused, hope someone has advice for me...

​I'm currently on CD 46, my cycles are usually all 26-29 days. But all I'm getting are BFNs! Has anyone ever had this and then had a really late or missed period, or waited ages for your BFP?
​
​Been to my doc (in the uk) and he just told me to wait, wouldn't do a test and def wouldn't do blood test :(

Cd 41 on a 35 day cycle here, and no sign of af or BFP either! I also opk and never detected an lh surge this past month... So lost.

Hey guys!!!!! Im in CD 40 - usually 28-29 on the dot!! :) i have 6 bFNs! Blood test HCG level at 2 which is negative i took that in cd 36 - doctor said its highly unlikely im pregnant. But its possible. Just retest after another week. So waiting game starts- btw had implantation bleeding on cd 23 which lasted 2 days. Good luck to u all :)

im in exact same boat!!! I work in a hospital & got one of the docs to do blood work lol. negative :-( still no af. can u do blood tests early? or is that me still trying to hold onto hope????

well af has just arrived. and hasnt she really shown her ugly face!!! I have never experienced period pain like this before!!!! :-(

I'm having the same issue period is over te owls late , I'm vomiting, nausea, headaches , I took a hpt came out negative, but I'm going to see my MD next week, this is driving me crazy

Same here! usually 31 day cycles and on day 45. I've had nothing but negative hpt's and even a negative blood test with no sign of AF anytime soon. It's so frustrating!
