Is this normal??? (TMI)

I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a tiny amount of discharge... I am about almost 5 weeks pregnant (from day of conception) and this is the first time I have gotten any discharge during pregnancy. Is discharge normal? Also, it was a weird color.... It was kind of clear/foggy/green/eggwhitey. I THINK discharge is normal but the color of it, is what's concerning me.
