Blocked tubes?

I have 2 kids (ages 10 & 8) after my second I was told my tubes were completely blocked and would have a very small chance of becoming pregnant naturally. 1 in 100,000 chance. I was on BC for the next 3 years. I have not been on any kind of birth control or anything for almost 5 years now and have my periods regularly. Has anyone else dealt with something similar? Am I hoping for something that will never happen? Has anyone been told their tubes were blocked and been able to conceive naturally? Or is IVF my only option?
