Brown discharge-TMI with pic

Hey ladies.

I am freaking out. I am currently 6w3d and have been having this brown discharge/blood in my underwater and when I wipe. I've been to emerge and they did an ultrasound and blood work but didn't really have an answer. Please please help. Praying it's not bad. Just want answers.
