Help! Already ovulated and now another positive opk at day 30!

Help!!! I am 7 DPO, took a frer this morning (early, I know!) and got a bfn. I randomly took an opk and got this VERY clear positive, and still negative on a cheapie strip. My AF is due in 3-5 days. I already ovulated...I've read it can be positive if you're pregnant? Has this ever happened to anyone? So confused!!
