How to build your uterine lining...?
Since I had an early miscarriage my dr recommended waiting a cycle to start trying, but we haven't decided if we are going to wait or not. Her reasoning was to give my uterine lining a chance to build back up, so I decided to start finding ways to build it back up quickly in case we do try again.
I have found....
?Taking Vitamin E and B Complex daily
?Flaxseed (either the seeds or pill form)
?Eating iron rich foods
?Drinking red raspberry leaf tea (but I also read that this can cause uterine contractions and miscarriages, so I'm not trying this one)
Has anyone heard of any other things??
