Morning sickness?? Maybe??

I was up all night last night with a horrible stomach ache and I've had mild heartburn this past week. I have no other signs of being sick, just heartburn and nausea. My period isn't for another week and I took a hpt this morning and had a bfn. Is it possible to have morning sickness before a pfp?? Help! I'm miserable.

I want to know this too...I've started feeling very nauseous today and I've been so tired I can hardly hold my eyes open...my period is due within the next 3 or 4 days and I've never felt sick before my period before. I took a test this morning and of course it was a bfn ?

progesterone makes me nauseous nearly every month before af.  pregnancy symptoms don't usually start until after implantation which normally happens 6-12 dpo.
