what are the chances?

well. I went to the doctor yesterday because I have been having abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding for about two weeks. And AF has been here for about a month. now I have never really had a regular period do I wasn't all that worried. but The doc said chances are if I'm not shedding my uterus lining I'm not going through the ovulation process. which means I won't be able to have kids. I am heart broken. and I don't know what to do.... any advice. anyone? I'm only 19
