Bad head aches and really bad nausea! Help!

I have been charting for the past month now and I have notice after a what I can say is a normal period I started going into ovulation but I started getting really bad head aches and nausea and just these past 3 days its gotten a whole lot worse and along with me feel very very tired and sleepy. What is this all about? Has anyone else gone or going threw this too? Help please!
