Advice ASAP please!!!! ????

I went to the bathroom literally 30 mins ago and when I wiped there was a little bit of blood ( like when your ovulating and it's really slimy feeling I guess idk how to say it but it had a blood tint)and I don't know if I should be freaked out or what... I had my period July 28th till August 2nd a normal period.!! Earlier today I had this feeling like I was going to get sick so I layed down, and I felt good after that.
