Can anyone tell me what the second little thing is in the ultrasound today im 7 wks and 4 days and had a vaginal ultrasound done?!?​

Yup that's the yolk sac! It looks healthy which is great because that's providing the baby's nourishment and eventually the yolk sac will disappear and instead the baby will get an umbilical cord :)
