What keeps you motivated?
Hi Everyone,
I recently had back surgery and for the past two months have done aqua therapy as exercise. I've done the same exercises for two months and am getting really bored. I go to aqua therapy once a week and continue with the same exercises in my apartment complex's hot tub?
So my question is: what do you do to keep motivated when you can't change the exercises you are doing?
