Possible twins ??

​had a vaginal ultrasound done with the doctor and she said it looked like  might have 2 baby's and sent me to have a second outside ultrasound, but said I have atleast one viable baby with a heartbeat. My second ultrasound the woman seemed young not so experienced and seemed zoomed in on baby the whole time !! Said their was one baby with a good heartbeat measuring 8 and a half weeks etc. but I still feel like theirs 2 baby's in there because the first picture just looks like 2!!! What do y'all think ? Maybe it was too early to be sure and didn't want to tell me? or she didn't see the second baby ? I am not convinced
