Is the second trimester more enjoyable?

During the first trimester there are many fears , miscarriage being the biggest fear during the first trimester .. Once you make it to the second one is pregnancy more enjoyable ?

I have switched out symptoms. I started with horrible nausea, headaches, and fatigue. I now have horrible heartburn, hungry 24/7, and peeing every 10 minutes. So for me it isnt really that enjoyable, just different symptoms. ?

It is better because I can feel the baby kick :) but agreed with the others, not fewer symptoms, just different ones. I definitely haven't felt like I am "glowing"!!

Eating has been better for me! Other than that I have extreme back pains, swollen ankles, legs and feet, more extreme hip pain and swollen hands lol still stressful for me but at least I can eat and that all I prayed for in my first trimester! I even had bleeding in my second trimester and was in the hospital a couple times I'm 18w4d today
