Do you get ovulation pain

I get some cramps in the middle of the month. Not only that but I get tiny cramps seven days before period. I am on cycle day 24

Answer

I have felt ovulation cramps since I stopped taking the BCP 3 years ago. Over my last 3 cycles, I didn't feel it twice and then I felt it on CD23.
