Weird hives on ankles...

I'm in my third month and for the second time I have hives on my ankles that are real itchy! I first got this when I was 7 weeks... My dermatologist said it seemed like it was from the pregnancy. He thought it might be purirgo of pregnancy and prescribed me a safe topical cream that got rid of it within a week. It's back and I'm just annoyed bc it's super itchy. Anyone else experience this? I thought these rashes/hives don't usually appear until the third trimester!
