Tampons or pads are good but change them regularly especially tampons as you can get toxic shock if you leave them in more than 8 hours

wear tampons cause they hold up longer but just change it every 4-6 hours no longer than 8

I love them all.  Pads more though.  For my flow because its so heavy i have to wear a pad/liner when i wear a tampon anyways.

what is a menstrual cup? sorry I probably sound dumb asking! Pads can lead to smell and bleeding through and feels like you peed yourself. Tampons are just great! Never had a problem!

Tampons are kinda bad for you- you can get health problems. I always wear pads, and if needed 2. But, if you go swimming, wear tampon, but for maximum 6 hours.
