Facebook Annoucements

I'm determined I won't make a Facebook announcement! I don't want to make anyone else feel the way I feel when I see yet another pregnancy announcement. People share far too much info on Facebook! Rant over x

After two losses I will not announce it to anyone. If the time comes & they notice I'm pregnant I'll confirm it. If not they'll be surprised when child is in arms. Lol! ​​Good luck everyone.  

It gets to be a bit much when half of your female friends are pregnant, posting US pics or announcements. I plan to keep mine private, tell family and really close friends after first trimester when chances are at that point really good and everyone else can find out when I'm posting family pics.

This has been a hellasious time for me! You bet your butt I'm telling the whole world after 12 weeks!! I won't be able to keep it in. I post my step kids things all the time, my child will get no less recognition. Of course, I am not as bothered when I see pregnancy posts as much as others seem to be. It is kind of comforting, because it lets me know that pregnancy is still possible and there is nothing in the water preventing it. Twisted posativty, but it keeps me going.

I would never never never. Close family only til I got big and it would be hard to hide.

I don't think I will.​For anyone interested, their is an amazing couple online, sawdust and embryos is their handle. I know it sounds weird but they refurb fury inure and had to go through ivf to get pregnant. It's a beautiful story though and her blog, inconceivable, is an amazing play by play of their story.​They have beautiful twins girls now. 

I will tell my family by calling them. I want to talk about it with each person. Maybe once I'm further along (well into second trimester and/or starting to show) we can do a Facebook announcement (once my work knows of course). I've really hated seeing so many Facebook announcements when it hasn't been working for us but who knows...
