Clean eating

Ladies, I know what it's like to be big an feel like you won't EVER LOSE IT! I went from 226 down to 169 all by eating clean and doing 30 minute work outs :) it's possible! 
​Now since TTC I have gained 20lbs back and I'm sadly back up to an unhealthy weight, so I'm back at watching what I eat a little closer! 
​Michi's ladder is what I follow, only tiers 1 & 2 when I'm serious about clean eating and I add tier 3 when I feel comfortable with my activity level and eating :) 
​So any of you that want to join me on my journey let me know!!
