Lets help each other by suggesting healthy foods in order to loose weight !! If you know any recipe that's fulling and non fattening and very yummy to say no just share the recipe plus the picture here ; I'm sharing my first recipe.. Very yummy and simple and healthy
0 carb 0 cholesterol wheat bread topped with coleslaw , white beans , salsa , salt and pepper and my favourite mouth watering banana peppers, you can be creative add differnt veggies , boiled or stir fried chicken or shrimps , side with white beans hummus and salsa (??)
