Symptoms from PCOS???

Hi everyone. I'm feeling awful today and I'm starting to wonder if it's from the PCOS. I'm having a lot of ovary pain, kind of like heavy period cramps, but worse...plus I'm feeling dizzy, nauseated, feverish (running around 101.5 degrees), and extremely bloated. Does anyone else get any symptoms?   It could just be the flu, but I don't understand the ovary pain. I am calling my RE in the morning to make an appointment.  I've had ovary pain before, but not like this. Feeling a little scared.
