Hcg level

Sooo drs say I'm 4weeks 4 days (based off a 28 day cycle mine is actually 32-33)
​Glow says I'm just at 4 weeks. Yesterday I was in the er for some discharge concerns and of course they did blood, my hcg level came back at 557 is that an ok level? 
​I'm such a nervous wreck throughout this pregnancy Sooo any thoughts at all would help :)
